Conclusion: Kangaroo care is a simple and effective technique that can have numerous benefits for both mother and child. It can improve outcomes in all of these areas, making it a valuable tool for improving maternal and infant health. Recommendations: A deeper understanding of the Kangaroo Care mechanisms is needed.
